What Does Ken Do?
For the last several years I have worked primarily for corporate/enterprise employers in the mortgage and real estate industries. My education and background is marketing and technology. I have been coding and programing since 1980 and for online solutions since 1988 with BAT, sed, AWK, and Perl then beginning with HTML and LiveScript/JavaScript in 1994-1995. I make things happen. It works kind of like this: You say, "I wish my website would _________" and I tell you how I will make that happen for you. The most common use in the mortgage and real estate industry is to capture lead/prospect information and to automate engagement and the distribution of information including plugins, fully functional multi-purpose sites, contact management systems, drip campaigns, single page sites. Q: I already pay a company $800 a month. What is different about you?
- You may need and benefit from their service. It's usually social media in nature.
- They almost always use WordPress and not a custom solution for you
- WordPress always breaks eventually and is vulnerable to hacking attacks
- A custom solution is created around your needs instead of fitting your needs into a box
- If you dream it and they can't do it they hire me and double the price. Just the way it is.
